"The bank will not accept that," the head of JPMorgan said about the CLARITY Act... Jamie Dimon, CEO of banking giant JPMorgan, has strongly opposed the possibility of stablecoin rewards under the newly drafted CLARITY Act. Dimon stated that his objections focus on protecting end users, but many in the industry suspect that this leader fears the competition that stablecoins pose to traditional banking.

Some optimistic news for Aave... Two subsidiaries of @aave based in the United Kingdom have received FCA registration as cryptocurrency exchange providers, according to The Block. "This approval gives Aave Labs a legal foundation to provide comprehensive fiat-to-crypto infrastructure in the UK," The Block's report states. This new license will allow $AAVE to firmly expand into the UK region, after having made significant progress across Europe.

Lummis warns that we may have to wait until 2030 for real cryptocurrency regulation. Writing on social media, @SenLummis warns that the next opportunity for real cryptocurrency regulation will be no earlier than 2030 if this Congress does not pass something meaningful. She believes the CLARITY Act is the solution and must be passed as a matter of urgency. "Until then, developers will continue to be exposed without any legal protection," Lummis wrote.

After rejecting the 0.014 level once again on the daily time frame despite a beautiful breakout attempt, $PLUME is now trading in the middle of the 0.011 to 0.014 range that has been building for around 45 days. At this point, there are only two possible scenarios for $PLUME • Return toward the 0.011 support before aiming for the 0.018 - 0.022 range • Or directly break above 0.014 and move toward 0.018 without another deep retest After two previous rejections, I personally think a direct breakout is possible. I do not believe $PLUME necessarily needs to revisit 0.011, but this level still remains a very important demand zone. One thing is certain: If $PLUME comes back around 0.011 again, be ready. I do not think the price would stay there for very long 👀
