The market is calm but still has some rhythm 😏
• $BTC remains steady around 70K (+0.15%)
• $ETH is flat, slightly down (-0.12%)
• $SOL leads the altcoins (+0.29%)
• $DOGE is still doing well (+0.19%)
• $ENJ has adjusted quite deeply (-3.23%)
• $OFC has bounced back strongly (+1.49%)
• $PI continues to move sideways slightly (-0.36%)
👉 Overview: the market is accumulating, with no major fluctuations yet. Altcoins are starting to show clear differentiation.
Which coins are you holding? 🚀

Does anyone have friends with me from the time I used this nickname? 🤭
It's been almost 4 years around here.
Back when I didn't know about GPT to write articles and comments.
And every post used to have nearly 400 comments.
Now it's just 5-10 comments 🙄

By the way
been testing @sleepagotchi for a bit and it’s kind of funny how the “grind” is literally just sleeping consistently
most crypto apps try to force new behavior
this one just attaches incentives to something you already do
the real question is whether people keep opening the app once the token hype fades
if they do, then maybe there’s actually a product here
turning recovery scores and wearables into progression and collectibles is at least a more interesting loop than another step counter app
slow grind might actually make sense here.

Everyone talks about attention.
Very few talk about distribution.
That’s why I’ve been watching @quipnetwork.
If you believe the next wave of builders will be creators, researchers, and communities fighting for mindshare, then the pipes that move that attention matter more than the posts themselves.
Most people show up when the narrative is obvious.
The edge is noticing the infrastructure early.
Quip feels like one of those pieces quietly positioning for the next cycle.

Most wellness apps try to optimize you.
Track this.
Improve that.
Fix your routine.
@sleepagotchi took a different route.
They gamified the one habit everyone struggles with sleep.
Instead of staring at another dashboard, you’re taking care of a creature that literally depends on your sleep quality.
It sounds simple, but that psychological switch is powerful.
You stop chasing “perfect data” and start building consistency.
Quietly one of the more interesting experiments in Web3 wellness right now.
Less grind.
More recovery.
Better habits.
