The market is sending a very different message today. Liquidity is still everywhere, but capital is becoming increasingly selective. While a small group of assets continues to attract strong buying pressure, the majority of the market remains stuck in heavy distribution. This is not broad strength, it is concentrated leadership. Current liquidity leaders are putting up impressive numbers. RDW is up 17.2%, HOME and BB are both up 12.9%, BEAT has gained 10.9%, WLD is up 8.9%, ZBT is up 8.6%, HIMS is up 8.0%, MRVL is up 7.0%, NOW is up 6.1%, and ORCL is up 6.2%. These are not just percentage moves, the volume behind them tells the real story. WLD attracted nearly 1 billion dollars in volume. MRVL handled over 148 million. BEAT generated more than 106 million. HOME traded nearly 24 million while rising double digits. ORCL added another 13 million as institutional-linked names remain strong. This is not a market-wide rally. A relatively small group of assets is absorbing capital while the rest of the market continues to lose momentum. Meanwhile, selling pressure remains widespread. GRASS is down 20.5%, USELESS is down 17.1%, CHZ is down 16.5%, LAB is down 15.6%, NEAR is down 15.8%, BSB is down 15.5%, PIEVERSE is down 14.9%, SLX is down 14.8%, and LIT is down 14.7%. What makes this more concerning is that many of these declines are happening on extremely high volume. ZEC traded over 867 million dollars while dropping 13%. LAB still generated 508 million despite losing 15%. NEAR handled 277 million during its decline. ENA attracted 124 million while under pressure. LIT traded nearly 110 million as sellers remain in control. High volume combined with falling prices typically reflects distribution, not accumulation. The structure today tells us liquidity is abundant, capital is rotating aggressively, leadership is narrowing, traders are chasing a small group of leaders, and the majority of assets continue to lose support.
